Mark Passio is an independent researcher from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. On October 19, 2013, he gave a one-day seminar on “Natural Law” at the Omni Hotel in New Haven, Connecticut. Natural Law is a body of Universal Spiritual Laws which act as the Governing Dynamics of Consciousness. Below, the videos of the recording of this seminar are embedded.
